Andrzej Halicki

Minister of administration and digitization of the Republic of Poland

Began political career in 1990, serving as a spokesman and member of the national board of the Liberal Democratic Congress. During the first term of the lower Chamber of the Polish Parliament, was a spokesman of the Parliamentary Club of the Liberal Democratic Congress.
In the early 90’s, head of the division of public affairs, then Director of the Polish branch of the Burson-Marsteller Agency. In 1993, served as an adviser to the Minister of Privatization. In 1996 founded a GGK Public Relations Agency. Between 2009 and 2010, was the spokesman for the Civil Platform Parliamentary Club. From 2010, member of the national authorities of the Civil Platform. Served as a Representative in the Polish Parliament for two tenures.
In 2012, became Vice- President of Parliamentary Assembly to the Council of Europe (PACE).
