From 1990 to 1994, diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Poland and consul in the Polish Embassy in Paris. From 1996 to 2001, Minister Plenipotentiary in Poland to Rome Embassy. For three years Secretary General of Polish UNESCO Committee. In 2004 deputy of General Director of ONU Department of Global Problems. In 2005 nominated as a Director of the Diplomatic Protocol.
Lecturer of international affairs and diplomacy in the University of Wroclaw, the Collège d’Europe and the National School of Public Administration.
Receiver of numerous awards, for example: Stella della Solidarietà Italiana, Al Merito della Repubblica Italiana and Gloria Artis.
