Karina Gil is a graduate (BA) in European Studies from the University of Warsaw. As part of academic exchange programs, she studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia and the Faculty of European Studies of Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, gaining interdisciplinary experience in an international academic environment. She authored her bachelor’s thesis on the diplomatic protocol of the European Union and the challenges of contemporary diplomacy.
Actively involved in the academic life of the University of Warsaw, she participated in student government and various student organizations. She developed her professional skills through internships in embassies, public administration (particularly in the area of EU funds) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has also completed numerous development programs focused on European affairs and diplomacy.
Her academic interests center on European integration, the EU’s foreign policy and contemporary aspects of diplomacy.
