She conducts workshops and development projects aimed at various social groups — from youth to managerial staff. As an educator in the GenBoost project run by the Off School Foundation, she trains leaders in the field of intergenerational communication. She also organized her own conference at Akademia High School, focused on fostering leadership attitudes among girls.
