David Agranovich is an expert on influence operations, cyber-espionage, and Russian counter-intelligence. He formerly served as Director for Intelligence at the National Security Council in the White House, where he led the U.S. Government’s efforts to address foreign interference in democratic systems and elections and in a variety of senior roles at the Department of Defense focused on Russian counter-intelligence, organized crime, and corruption. He currently works as Meta’s Director for Threat Disruption. In his free time he is a commercial pilot and flight instructor.
