Galina Antova is a Global Cybersecurity Executive & Digital Transformation Pioneer with 18+ years of experience leading growth strategies and large-scale digital transformations for Global 2000 customers at IBM (NYSE: IBM), Siemens (FWB: SIE), and Claroty, a company she founded to pioneer modern cyber defense software for Cyber-Physical Systems. As one of the world’s leading experts on critical infrastructure cybersecurity, Galina has advised and collaborated with Boards and Chief Information Security Officers across the globe to shape the strategic direction of digital transformations and effectively communicate risks and remediation steps to Boards.

For the last 11 years, Galina has focused on advancing the state of cybersecurity for critical infrastructure: she established and led Industrial Security Services at Siemens and later, started Claroty and grew it into the global leader in this new market segment. Previously, Galina held several leadership roles in IBM's Cloud Services. She is the recipient of many notable accolades that recognize her leadership in the security industry and is frequently invited to speak at the leading security conferences. Galina is an advocate for diversity, a mentor and contributor to various organizations promoting and supporting female founders. She holds a BS in Computer Science from York University, Toronto, and an MBA from IMD, Switzerland.
