Stephen E. Biegun is Senior Vice President, Global Public Policy at The Boeing Company, where he advises and executes on Boeing’s foreign policy priorities and optimizes relationships with key stakeholders around the world. Stephen has more than three decades of international affairs experience in government and the private sector, including high-level government service with the Department of State, the White House and the United States Congress. Most recently, he served as U.S. Deputy Secretary of State (2019-21) and U.S. Special Representative for North Korea (2018-19). Earlier, Stephen served for 15 years as a corporate vice president with Ford Motor Company.
