Bohdanna Duma is a Founder of the peacemaking youth diplomacy in Ukraine which she implements in YUC Platform. This vision of youth peacemaking diplomacy in Ukraine she developing since 2022. In 2023 her work was recognized as one of the "Fifth Best Cases of the Youth Diplomacy 2023" Award in Ukraine. She is an NGO "Women's Union of Lviv region" Coordinator and member of various youth initiatives that develop leaders to protect a democratic future and youth involvement in decision-making. In 2024 she was elected to the Board of EDYN Ukraine Ambassadors to proceed with this Network development that unites all the most significant youth leaders in politics and civil society spheres in Ukraine. Bohdanna is Future Leaders Forum Fellow 2023 as a part of The Rīga Conference 2023 and Young Political Leader Fellow 2022 under the Latvian Transatlantic Organisation (LATO). Her main scope of work covers youth participation in decision-making, security, and peacemaking processes with local and international impact.
