Dr. Agnia Grigas is an author, speaker, and consultant. Her books include “The New Geopolitics of Natural Gas” (Harvard UP) and “Beyond Crimea” (Yale UP), which was selected as TIME’s Top-10 book on Russia, and “The Politics of Energy and Memory” (Routledge). Dr. Grigas worked with US government institutions (DOE, DOD, DHS, DOS), think tanks (Atlantic Council, Argonne National Laboratories) as well as testified at the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. She’s lectured at leading universities like Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Columbia, John Hopkins, Oxford, LSE as well as business and security conferences. She appears in the media including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Newsweek, Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters, Foreign Affairs, CNN, BBC. She earned her Doctorate & Masters degrees in International Relations from University of Oxford, and her BA in Economics-Political Science from Columbia University.
