Matthew Jablonski

Matthew Jablonski currently serves as the Officer of the Mediterranean and Middle East Special Group at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, based in Brussels. Prior to joining the NATO PA, he worked within the Humanitarian Diplomacy Division of the International Committee of the Red Cross covering Eurasia, as well as the Arms-Control and Non-Proliferation Section of the EU Delegation to the United Nations. Prior to those roles, he worked at the European Council on Foreign Relations, based in Paris. Matthew holds an MA in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and his areas of expertise include Russian foreign policy, the politics of Central and Eastern Europe, and transatlantic relations.
