Kamil Sobczyk is a senior analyst in Strategic Analyses Department of the National
Security Bureau of the Republic of Poland. He has been working there since 2012. His
current agenda covers NATO and security and defence relations with the USA and the
Baltic States. His expertise and interests are centered around the military dimension of
national security. In 2016 he did a professional internship in Permanent Representation
of Poland to NATO, during the preparation of the Warsaw Summit decisions.
In 2018 he completed the Program of Applied Security Studies at the George C.
Marshall Center European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Mr.
Sobczyk has a Master’s degree in politology with specialization of national security from
the University of Lodz and Bachelors degree of international relations from the same
