Karina Diłanian-Pinkowicz joined the team in March 2021 to lead the organization of the Warsaw Security Forum.
Karina has fourteen years of professional experience in communications and fundraising, which she acquired in the humanitarian and development sector. Her areas of expertise include strategy, donor management, event management, data analysis, direct marketing campaigns, as well as content and team management.
Before joining the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, she held several management positions, including at Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH), with progressively increasing responsibilities for communication and donor management.
Karina holds a Ph.D. in sociology from the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She is also a recipient of the Fulbright Junior Research Award (2012-2013) and the French government scholarship (2006-2007).
