He is based in Warsaw, where he works on public policy issues including competition on digital markets, regulation of digital services and artificial intelligence. He is well experienced in the digital policy world as he has worked in the telecom sector, the Polish public administration and in international fora including European Union’s institutions and International Telecommunication Union.
