Graduated from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University (1994), completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the National Academy of Science of Belarus (1998). Candidate of Legal Sciences (PhD).

1994-1999 – Attaché, Third secretary of the State Protocol Service; Third secretary, Second secretary, Head of the Division of the Legal Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

1999-2003 – Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Sweden (with accreditation to Norway and Denmark).

2003-2007 – Counselor, Deputy Director of the Department – Head of the Division of the Department of Humanitarian Cooperation and Human Rights, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

2007-2008 – Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the United States.

2008-2014 – Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Belarus in the United States.

2014-2017 – Deputy Director of the Department – Head of the U.S. and Canada Division of the Americas Department; Director of the Americas Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

Since January 2017 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
