Marta Kubica is the Chief Executive Director of ELNET CEE. Kubica is dedicated to advancing diplomatic initiatives that showcase Israel’s innovative solutions in crisis management, security, and defense, with the aim of building community resilience across Central and Eastern Europe. With 18+ years of experience, Marta leverages her extensive background in Jewish studies and political science, along with her previous roles at the U.S. and Israeli Embassies in Poland, to foster meaningful people-to-people connections between Israel and the CEE region.
