Artur Lorkowski is an accomplished diplomat with expertise in energy and environmental protection, climate change, and public administration. Currently, he holds the position of Director of the Energy Community Secretariat in Vienna, Austria. Previously, he served as the Vice-President of the Management Board of Poland's National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, where he oversaw crucial areas such as climate change adaptation, water protection, and zero-emission transport. Throughout his career, Mr. Lorkowski has also held several important diplomatic positions, including serving as the special envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Climate Affairs and as the Ambassador of Poland in Austria. Prior to his diplomatic assignments, he served as the Deputy Director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the Committee for European Integration, where he was responsible among others for energy security and climate change. Mr. Lorkowski is an accomplished alumnus of the Warsaw School of Economics and the National School of Public Administration.
