Col. Michał Marciniak is a graduate of the Military University of Technology and post-graduate studies at the National Defense University.
In 2000, he began his service as an engineer in the 36th Special Regiment of Transport Aviation in Warsaw. From 2008 involved in supplying armed forces, initially in the Supply Department, and then in the Armament Inspectorate.
At that time, he was running programs for the acquisition and implementation of M-28B / PT Bryza and C-130 Hercules planes, JASSM missiles, support for the operation of F-16 aircraft and, more recently, VIP aircraft. Currently, he is the plenipotentiary of the Ministry of National Defense for the acquisition and implementation of the "Wisła" system for the armed forces
