Isabelle McRae is the Director of Restart Initiative, an organization which supports economic connectivity in the Caucasus. She is also the Development Consultant at the Centre for Geopolitics at Cambridge University. As an independent consultant, she has managed research and advocacy projects for local governments, think tanks and international development organizations, with a focus on democracy, migration, and anti-corruption policy. She speaks and publishes regularly on these topics. Isabelle holds an MSc in Conflict Studies with Distinction from the London School of Economics.
