Jim O’Brien is a principal and founder of Albright Stonebridge group with a special focus on Europe and transitional states in Europe and Eurasia. He was special presidential envoy for the Balkans in the Clinton Administration and worked for 12 years at the State Department in the Secretary’s office, the office of policy planning, and the legal adviser’s office. He is a graduate of Yale Law School and Macalester College
