Mrs Alice Rufo is a career diplomat, graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Science-Po) where she later taught public law lessons, and of the National School of Public Administration (ENA). After working at the Ministy of Europe and Foreign Affairs and with other state French administrations, she served ten years as advisor to the Diplomatic cell of the President of the French Republic, including as Deputy Diplomatic Adviser as Strategic and Disarmament Affairs advisor from 2019 to 2022. Mrs Rufo is Director general for international relations and strategy of the French Ministry for the Armed Forces since November 1st, 2022.
