Ms. Stela Kasradze, born on October 7, 1986, have graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili
Tbilisi State University, faculty of International Relations and History of Diplomacy.
From 2007 to 2014, Ms. Kasradze held various positions in the non-governmental
organizations as well as in the public sector. She was first research assistant and later
Deputy Director at the think tank, Georgian Security Analysis Center, a part of the
Georgian Foundation for strategic and International studies (GFSIS). Later she became
chief specialist on foreign relations issues at the Information center on NATO.
After the experience in the non-governmental organizations, she moved to the public
sector and became chief specialist at division of Public Relations at the Ministry of Labor,
Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. From 2014 to 2019, Ms. Kasradze was working as
Chief Adviser in the foreign affairs team of the President of Georgia at the Presidential
Since 2019, Ms. Kasradze is head of the Georgian Center on Strategic Communications.
Nowadays, she is taking program on International Relations and European Integration at
the Estonian School of Diplomacy in Tallinn. Ms. Kasradze holds MA in Public Policy and
Administration. She is alumni of the Geneva Center for Security Policy (GCSP).
