Jan Anthony Vincent-Rostowski is a Polish-British economist and politician who served as Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland from 2007 to 2013. He was also a member of the Sejm from 2011 to 2015. He was born on April 30, 1951, in London. He was a candidate for Change UK in London during the 2019 European Parliament election in the United Kingdom. Jan Vincent-Rostowski attended Westminster School in London, followed by undergraduate and postgraduate studies at University College London (UCL) and the London School of Economics (LSE). He earned a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from University College London in 1972, a Master of Arts in Economy and History from University College London in 1973, and a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1975.
