WSF2015 Speaker: Bogdan Klich, Senator of the Republic of Poland

The WSF Team is proud to announce that Bogdan Klich, Senator of the Republic of Poland will be a speaker at the Warsaw Security Forum 2015.

Senator Bogdan Klich was born in 1960 in Kraków, Poland. He has been a senator since November 2011 and is a lecturer at the Department of European Studies of Jagiellonian University and also a lecturer at the Kraków School of Economics. Senator Klich holds an MD and an MA from Jagiellonian University.

He has received the Cross of Terra Mariana. From 2007 to 2011, Senator Klich was the Minister of National Defense. From 2004 to 2007, he was a member of the European Parliament and he was a representative to the Sejm, Poland’s lower house of representatives, from 2001 to 2004.

Senator Klich is the founder of Institute of Strategic Studies in Kraków and is a member of the International Institute of Strategic Studies.
