Paid Internships at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation
Location: Warsaw
Duration: July 1 – September 30, 2025 (full-time – 40h/week)
Are you passionate about international affairs, security, diplomacy, or event management? Want to gain hands-on experience at one of the top think tanks in Central and Eastern Europe? This is your chance!
The Casimir Pulaski Foundation is offering 5 paid internships in various areas of our activities – including the organization of the prestigious Warsaw Security Forum
During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Join selected events hosted by the Foundation and the European Academy of Diplomacy
- Work alongside experienced professionals and international experts
- Receive an official certificate of completion, and in exceptional cases – a letter of recommendation or even a job offer!
Current Internship Opportunities:
- Speakers & Participants Support (2 positions)
You’re the right person if you’re sociable, detail-oriented, and love keeping things organized. You’ll be working closely with international speakers and guests, helping them navigate the event smoothly.
- Communication & Media Support
Help coordinate our media partnerships and take care of media reps during WSF. If you’re friendly, proactive, and have a feel for PR – this one’s for you!
- Operational Support
Perfect for someone who thinks two steps ahead, enjoys creating order out of chaos, and can “connect the dots.” Help us keep the moving parts moving!
- Assistant to the Head of the Organizing Committee
A unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the leadership team. Involves attending external meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal communications.
Sample Tasks:
- Supporting key projects like the Warsaw Security Forum
- Helping organize conferences, expert seminars, and debates
- Writing notes, reports, website content, and social media posts
- Improving documents, procedures, graphics, and internal databases
- Collaborating with internal and external partners
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in English and Polish (written & spoken)
- At least one year of university completed (preferably in IR, European Studies, Law, Economics, IT, Graphic Design, or similar)
- Solid MS Office skills
- Interest in international affairs, security, or defense
- Independence, commitment, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
- Professional attitude and good manners
