About the Program

Internship duration: mid-June to mid-October 2026

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work alongside experienced professionals and international experts,
  • Contribute to the organization of a major security forum in Central and Eastern Europe,
  • Attend high-level panel discussions featuring global leaders,
  • Expand your professional network,
  • Participate in selected events hosted by the Foundation and the European Academy of Diplomacy throughout the year (including after the internship),
  • Receive an official certificate,
  • Be considered for letters of recommendation or potential full-time employment (for top-performing interns).

  • Bilateral Meetings Support (September – October 13th)
  • App & System Support (September – October 13th)
  • Section Coordinator (2-week Internship in October)

Sample tasks

  • Supporting the preparation and execution of the Warsaw Security Forum, including coordination of logistics and communication with stakeholders
  • Providing administrative and organizational support, including updating documents, databases, and internal materials
  • Creating and editing content for the website and social media platforms related to the Forum
  •  

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Polish is an advantage 
  • At least one year of completed university studies (preferebly in International Relations, Law, European Studies, Economics, IT, Graphic Design, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in international affairs and security policy
