Please note that participation in the Warsaw Security Forum 2019 is possible upon a personal and non-transferable invitation. Registered participants will be provided with detailed information package in due course.

Coffee breaks and lunches

Coffee breaks will be held in between the panel discussions. Permanent coffee stations are at your disposal in the foyer.
Lunches for participants will be served in restaurants at the event venue at the special rate. Lunch includes open buffet with appetizers, soup, main courses, and desserts.

Transportation to the Forum

For safety reasons we strongly advise you to use licensed taxi services offered at the airport or at the Hotel. Taxi tariffs should be clearly displayed in the car window. Another option is to use Warsaw’s public transport system (ZTM) that includes buses, trams, metro, and city trains connections. Security and badges

Security of our guest is our priority. You will be provided with your badge at the Registration Desk. We would like to kindly ask you to wear your badge during the conference. Please note that the badge is non-transferable and violation of this policy may cause revoking your participation in the conference. In case of losing the badge, please contact the Registration Desk.
