Attendance

  • The Warsaw Security Forum is a closed, invitation-only event.
  • Each invitation is personalized and non-transferable.
  • Invitations for participants are issued between May and August each year.
  • The registration of invited guests concludes 4 weeks prior each WSF edition.
  • To ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, the conference venue details are shared only with registered participants.
  • While in-person attendance is limited, the conference will be streamed live online for broader public access.

Important Information

  • The date of the Warsaw Security Forum 2026 will be announced by early January 2026.
  • The agenda for WSF 2026 will be made available in the days leading up to the conference.
  • All sessions will be conducted primarily in English. In order to ensure broader accessibility, simultaneous interpretation (Polish, English) will be available for selected sessions held on the Warsaw Stage.

Health and Safety

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please review the following information to help ensure a smooth and secure experience at the Warsaw Security Forum.
  • Medical Point — There will be a medical point located at the conference venue. If assistance is needed, please contact WSF staff or the hotel reception.
  • Resuscitation Kit — A resuscitation kit is available at the hotel reception.
  • Registration Desk — Upon arrival at the conference venue, please proceed to the registration desk, located in a specially designated tent right outside the main entrance. ID documents will be verified and personalized badges printed at the desk. Each badge includes the participant’s photo. For security reasons, all participants are required to wear their badge visibly at all times while on the WSF premises.
  • Security Check — Due to heightened security measures and the presence of high-level guests, all attendees must undergo a mandatory security screening conducted by authorized state security services before entering the conference venue.

Accessibility

The WSF organizers are committed to ensuring that the event is accessible to all participants, regardless of individual needs. We also encourage you to inform the registration desk of any specific accessibility requirements. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, within the limits of our organizational and technical capabilities.

Architectural Accessibility

  • The main entrance to the conference venue, as well as all conference rooms, restrooms, and other key areas, are wheelchair accessible.
  • Designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities will be available near the conference entrance. Reserved seating areas for wheelchair users will be provided in the conference rooms. Assistance in moving around the venue can also be arranged if needed. To help us prepare, please submit any accessibility-related requests to: wsf@pulaski.pl.
  • Service animals are welcome at the conference venue.
  • We will provide visual information about the layout of the venue to assist with orientation.

Information and Communication Accessibility

  • The WSF agenda will be available on the website as a downloadable, machine-readable PDF file.
  • A large-print version of the agenda will be available upon request. Please send your request to: wsf@pulaski.pl.
  • Participants can contact the WSF organizers through at least two channels: via email and by phone.
Digital Accessibility
  • The WSF website has been designed in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines (Level AA). We strive to ensure that content is readable, navigation is intuitive, and all multimedia elements (if present) include alternative text descriptions.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Warsaw Security Forum is a closed, invitation-only event, with each invitation personalized and non-transferable. Invitations are issued between May and August each year, and the registration of invited guests closes four weeks before the Forum.

Venue access details will be shared with registered participants via email and through the WSF mobile app. The location is centrally situated and easily reachable by public transport or taxi.

You can pick up your badge at the registration desk, open from 07:00 to 18:00 on the first day, and from 07:00 to 16:00 on the second day.

If your badge is lost or misplaced, please visit the registration desk immediately. For security reasons, a replacement badge can only be issued after verifying your identity.

Yes. All sessions will be conducted in English, but simultaneous interpretation will be available for selected sessions. Headsets will be provided on-site.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference area. Login details will be provided on-site.

Yes. A gratuity-based open bar with continuous service will be available to all in-person participants, offering a selection of non-alcoholic beverages including tea, coffee, water, and juice. In addition, participants will have the option to purchase food and drinks at the WSF Café, located on the 1st Floor, which serves light snacks such as sandwiches, wraps, and salads, as well as non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, coffee, tea, and juice. A warm meal can also be ordered at the Restaurant on the Ground Floor, except during lunch hours (12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
