The Casimir Pulaski Foundation (CPF) invites volunteers to join the Warsaw Security Forum on September 29-30, 2025. This unpaid opportunity lasts 3 to 4 days, including training before the event.

Find Your Place on the Team

Whether you’re passionate about logistics, media, technology, or guest relations, there’s a role where your skills and energy will shine.
  • Participant Registration — You will verify participants’ IDs, issue personalized badges, and assist with attendee questions. A good understanding of the agenda and venue layout is key to providing effective support.
  • Conference Room Supervision — You will ensure that sessions start and end on time, assist speakers and moderators, and coordinate with technical staff. Attention to detail and calm under pressure are essential in this role.
  • Airport Assistance — You will welcome guests at the airport, provide them with essential event information, and assist with their transportation arrangements. Strong interpersonal skills and punctuality are key to success in this role.
  • VIP Liaison Officer — You will support high-level guests by coordinating their schedules and logistics. This role requires strong communication skills and solid knowledge of the agenda, venue, and protocol.
  • Media Cooperation — You will assist accredited journalists and media representatives with access, technical needs, and general coordination. Familiarity with the event agenda and press logistics will help you offer effective assistance.
  • App Support — After prior training, you will support participants in logging in, registering for sessions, and creating their personalized agendas. Effective support relies on having a thorough understanding of the event schedule.
  • Social Media Management — You will help capture and publish key moments of the event across social media platforms. Strong writing and visual storytelling skills are a plus, as well as the ability to react quickly and work with the media team.

Eligibility and Skills Needed

We’re looking for motivated, curious, and committed individuals who want to gain hands-on experience and be part of an international team. To join us as a volunteer, you should have:
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher); Polish language skills are a strong asset.
  • At least one year of undergraduate studies completed in international relations, law, economics, journalism, marketing, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; additional skills in graphic design or website management are a plus.
  • Genuine interest in international security, defense policy, and global affairs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive attitude.
