Jack Strong Foundation Award Ceremony at the Warsaw Security Forum 2025

During the prestigious Warsaw Security Forum 2025 in Warsaw, the Jack Strong Foundation Award was presented for the second time, honoring outstanding contributions to strengthening transatlantic relations. The event was organized in cooperation with the Jack Strong Foundation.

The Jury, composed of representatives from the American Chamber of Commerce, the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, and the Jack Strong Foundation, decided to honor this year’s laureate: U.S. Ambassador to Poland, Madame Georgette Mosbacher.

The Jack Strong Foundation was established to develop, strengthen, and promote transatlantic relations, encompassing economic, social, educational, and cultural cooperation. Its mission has been to build bridges between Europe and the United States by initiating partnership projects, supporting the exchange of experiences, and disseminating knowledge about history and contemporary challenges on both sides of the Atlantic. The Foundation has co-organized events, debates, and educational as well as cultural programs, engaging leaders from business, academia, administration, and civil society.

The Foundation paid particular tribute to the legacy of Colonel Ryszard Kukliński, known under the codename “Jack Strong” — a distinguished Polish Army officer and visionary who, during the Cold War, acted out of a profound sense of responsibility for the future of the free world. His stance became a symbol of civic courage, loyalty to democratic values, and unshakable faith in the unity of the West. The Foundation also acquired Kukliński’s former yacht, which is being carefully restored. In the future, it will serve as a platform for youth sailing education, becoming a living monument of independence of spirit and proof of how a single individual can inspire entire generations.

The Jack Strong Foundation Award represented recognition for individuals and institutions that significantly contributed to tightening transatlantic ties and strengthening the community of values shared by Europe and America.
