Dr. Alina Hrytsenko is an international security specialist with extensive experience in both public and private sector analytics. She served as an analyst at the National Institute for Strategic Studies, a think-tank accountable to the President of Ukraine. She is an alumna of the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies and a 2025–2026 Fellow of the Arms Control Negotiation Academy (ACONA).
Since July 2025 she is a NextGen Fellow at NATO Defence College. She is also an active media contributor, frequently publishing and appearing in outlets like DW, Al Jazeera, and BBC, and is a visiting lecturer at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. Currently, she works as a political analyst at NATO Representation to Ukraine.
