Alina Wołoszyn joined KPMG in 2008 where she manages a team of specialists responsible, among others for advising on the preparation of the infrastructure investments and arrangement of the financing for companies in Poland and in the CEE region.
Prior to joining KPMG, she worked in Citibank Handlowy S.A. in Warsaw as Head of Corporate Finance Department, where she managed a team of specialists responsible for the structuring and arrangement of the financing on the Polish and European market.
Alina has more than 20 years of experience in the financial advisory, structuring and arranging the financing on both the Polish and European markets in the form of syndicated loan (Corporate Lending and Project Finance), bonds (including corporate bonds, project bonds, revenues bonds and High Yield) as well as the ECAs financing.
Alina Wołoszyn has extensive experience among others in the coal mining, chemical, energy, telecommunication and public sector, which she gained during many transactions originated and arranged for Polish clients
