Anne-Laure de Chammard is Group Executive Vice President and Executive Board Member of Siemens Energy, where she leads the “Transformation of Industry” division (€6bn turnover, 15,000 employees) and oversees the Europe & Asia Pacific regions (€20bn revenue, 70,000 employees). Siemens Energy is a global leader in energy technology, listed on the DAX10, with ~€35bn revenue and 100,000 employees worldwide.
Previously, she was CEO of ENGIE Energy Solutions International (€4bn, 20,000 employees), driving decarbonization for industries and cities. Earlier roles include President & CEO of Bureau Veritas Construction, senior positions at ENGIE (Group Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer), the French Ministry of Energy & Environment, and strategy consulting at BCG. She also serves on the Board of Renault Group (CAC40).
A member of the French Corps des Ponts, she holds engineering degrees from École Polytechnique and École des Ponts & Chaussées, and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. Recognized among the Top 100 Women in Germany and Top French economic leaders under 40, she is a French-American and French-Indian Foundation Young Leader.
