Eliza is the Director of the Department of Innovation Development at the Polish Development Fund. She is responsible for coordinating the largest startup development program in Central and Eastern Europe. Eliza is the originator of the Central Technology Hub, the "Startups in the Palace" project, and several educational programs for novice entrepreneurs, such as the PFR Pioneers School and Good Idea. She is also a member of the Startup Europe Advisory Group at the European Commission.
Previously, as the first President of the Startup Poland Foundation, a technological think-tank, Eliza worked to create better conditions for technological entrepreneurs in our country. As the Director of Communications at the ePaństwo Foundation, she promoted open public data and co-created the "Code for Poland" project.
Eliza has over 12 years of international experience, having worked in London, Madrid, and Munich for technology companies such as Mozilla Firefox, Sony, Huawei, and Riverbed. She is a two-time winner of the Rzeczpospolita "Innovation Eagle" award in the "Startup Patron" category, as well as the Digital Poland award in the "Education" category.
She graduated in Journalism from the University of Warsaw and completed an Executive MBA at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
