Based in Toulouse, Johan leads the company’s growth across Europe by leveraging its presence, strengthening cross-business capabilities, and implementing localization strategies in over 50 countries. He also manages sales for the Commercial Aircraft business in Europe.
With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Johan has held leadership positions at Thales and Airbus, where he has spent the past 13 years working across Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to his current role, he served as Head of the Asia Pacific region—including India and South Asia—for Airbus Defence and Space from 2019 to 2023. He holds a degree from the École Nationale Supérieure de Télécommunications de Bretagne.
