Koen Donatz is a cyber diplomat at the Dutch Permanent Representations to the EU and NATO.
Earlier, he worked on support to Ukraine at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and NATO’s Operations Division. Koen is a board member of the international foundation of the Green Party, and sat on the board of other organizations related to international politics, including the Young Atlantic Association. He completed three master degrees in international relations, international security and China studies.
