Marcin Wiśniewski is President of the Management Board of the Research and Development Center for Maritime Technology.
He has spent over 20 years at OBR CTM S.A., advancing from specialist to Director of Research and Development. He played a key role in developing critical defence and maritime systems, including the flagship SCOT-M Combat Management System for the Polish Navy.
With experience spanning technical innovation, corporate management, and strategic planning, Marcin holds postgraduate degrees in leadership psychology and an Executive MBA from Apsley Business School, London. A visionary in emerging technologies, he mentors young professionals and students.
Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, kitesurfing, and skiing.
