Dr Mike Winnerstig is the head of the security policy department at the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI) in Stockholm.
A former researcher at the University of Stockholm and the Swedish Institute of International Affairs. He also taught international relations theory and European security at the Estonian School of Diplomacy in Tallinn for several years.
