Noah Sylvia is a Research Analyst for C4ISR, especially its intersection with Emerging Technology, on the Military Sciences team at RUSI. Noah holds a BA in International Relations and Russia & Eastern Europe from the University of Pennsylvania. He has previously researched asymmetric warfare, emerging technologies in the military, and military coalitions during wartime.
