Dr Rachel Powell is the Coordinator for Malta’s Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism. Admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2019, she holds a Master’s Degree in Advocacy and an LL.M. (distinction) in Energy & Environmental Law.
Her dissertation analysed the weaponisation of energy security. She is a CIPP/E professional, alumna of the OSCE Scholarship for Peace and Security, and the US State Department IVLP programme. She was also chosen as a Future Leader Under 35 in the Next Milan Forum.
