Vice President of Integrated Customer Solutions at Pratt & Whitney, leading defense sector growth and global engagement with governments and industry. A former Vice President at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, he also served as the 21st Deputy Chairman of NATO’s Military Committee.
A command pilot with over 3,000 flying hours, including 600 in combat, he held senior roles on the Joint and Air Staffs, commanded multiple units, and led U.S. and coalition airmen worldwide. He is a distinguished U.S. Air Force Academy graduate with advanced degrees from the University of Strasbourg and the National War College, and executive certificates from Harvard and the Argentine Air War College.
Shepro is also a Teaching Fellow at SMU, a Senior Mentor for the NATO Defense College, a Council on Foreign Relations member, and a trustee/director with the Falcon and Olmsted Foundations.
