A Polish civil servant, diplomat, and climate policy executive who serves as Policy and Data Lead for Poland at Transport & Environment (T&E), a position assumed in 2025 following over a decade in public administration.
In his current role, he delivers data-driven policy recommendations to Polish decision-makers to support the transition to clean transport. His public sector career in climate and energy policy includes executive appointments as Head of the Environment Section at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the European Union in Brussels and as a Deputy Minister in Warsaw.
His international diplomatic experience encompasses senior roles in multilateral climate negotiations, having served on the Polish UNFCCC presidency negotiating team for COP19 in Warsaw and as Lead Negotiator at COP24 in Katowice.
