Antti Viktor Rauhala is the Chief Operations Officer of the Economic Security Forum, a Helsinki-based advisory and think tank focused on geoeconomics. He is also a doctoral researcher at the University of Helsinki, researching the energy dimension of Russia's war against Ukraine. Previously, he has served as an official of the International Energy Agency (IEA) and the OECD. He holds an MPhil from the University of Oxford.
