A Warsaw-born diplomat, civil servant, and expert on security and migration policy, holding a degree from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw as well as an MBA in cybersecurity management from the Military University of Technology.
Between 2020 and 2023, he managed migration and border policy, internal affairs cooperation with the European Union, cybersecurity, citizenship issues, and repatriation at the government level. During the Polish–Belarusian border crisis, he coordinated key operational activities and presented national positions internationally, emphasizing state security, EU external border protection, and countermeasures against migration pressure and human smuggling. Additionally, he was heavily involved in supporting Ukraine, assisting refugees fleeing the war, maintaining close cooperation with pro-democracy movements in Belarus and Moldova, and playing a pivotal role in the evacuation of NATO personnel from Afghanistan following the US military withdrawal.
His extensive earlier career spanning 2006 to 2020 was centered at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he held various consular and managerial positions across international posts, including Los Angeles, Malmö, and Stockholm. In his leadership capacity within the consular service, he directed national consular operations and managed crisis response situations involving citizens abroad.
After stepping down from public administration, he transitioned into high-level advisory and expert positions, joining the Sobieski Institute as an expert in early 2025. He also collaborates with institutions and key market entities within the defense industry, focusing his public work on state security, societal resilience, migration policy, and transatlantic and regional cooperation.
