Polish brigadier general, military intelligence specialist, and strategic advisor with over three decades of experience in defense intelligence, counterterrorism, situational awareness, and multinational staff operations.
His military career includes serving as Head of the Intelligence Department (J2) at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), where he directed strategic intelligence monitoring, counter-intelligence, security, geospatial analysis, and targeting support across Allied Command Operations. Within the Polish Armed Forces, he has served as Senior Advisor to the Chief of the Intelligence Department in the General Staff. His operational history includes multiple overseas deployments, including missions to Bosnia, Iraq (three tours), and Afghanistan.
He is a graduate of the Military Academy in Wrocław and holds a Master’s degree in Military Studies from the National Defence Academy in Warsaw. He completed post-graduate Defense Policy Studies and holds specialized degrees in Information Security and Management from the University of Szczecin and Counterterrorism from the War Studies University.
