Charles Yockey is a special advisor at the United States Department of State. In this capacity, he advises the counselor of the department and director of the secretary’s policy planning staff on foreign policy formulation and implementation for Europe and international organizations. Prior to joining the Trump administration, Yockey was a policy analyst at the Manhattan Institute, where he covered the US-EU regulatory relationship, and was a Hungary Foundation fellow at Mathias Corvinus Collegium Center for International Law in Budapest. He holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge.
