A Norwegian space policy administrator and defense industry executive who serves as Director General of the national space agency within the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. In this capacity, he leads the implementation of national space policies, directs participation in major international space programs, including those of the European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Union, and provides strategic guidance to the domestic space industry.
His professional background encompasses more than three decades of high-level industrial experience spanning the defense, aerospace, and space technology sectors.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from the University of South Florida.
