A diplomat and European Union official who serves as the Special Envoy for Arctic Affairs and Head of Division for Western Europe at the European External Action Service (EEAS), positions held since September 2024.
Her career within the EEAS includes an 11-year tenure from 2013 to 2024 working in the Human Resources Department as well as addressing policy issues related to Eastern Europe and Russia. In international affairs, her diplomacy experience includes a two-year assignment as a Transatlantic Diplomatic Fellow at the United States Department of State.
She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the College of Europe.
