Claudia Gherman is the Digital Transformation Lead at the Aerospace, Security and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD). With over a decade of experience in European public affairs in Brussels, she works at the intersection of digital policy, defence and security. At ASD, she built the organisation's digital transformation agenda, driving initiatives on emerging technologies and cyber defence. Previously, she led the digital defence workstream at DIGITALEUROPE. Claudia ran for the Romanian Parliament in 2024 and is an alumna of the Aspen Young Leaders Program (2023). She holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in International Relations from the University of Bucharest, Romania.
