His career in government service and diplomacy includes working within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia as Assistant and Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs (2021–2024). He also served as Advisor to the President of the National Assembly (2019–2021) and Assistant to the First Deputy Prime Minister (2018–2019).
Prior to his government appointments, he worked across civil society, public initiatives, and the private sector, including media monitoring for the OSCE ODIHR Mission, public relations coordination for the "100 Lives" project and the Development Initiatives of Armenia Foundation, and leading marketing communications in commercial banking. He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the Faculty of History at Yerevan State University.
