An expert combining experience in state administration with analytical and research work, strategic communication, and the development of institutional relationships and international cooperation. Her work focuses on the Eastern policy of Poland and the European Union, as well as communication in the context of security and foreign policy.
She built her expertise over years of work directly in the post-Soviet region and the Middle East. She worked in the political and consular sections of the Polish Embassies in Yerevan and Tel Aviv, at the Armenian think tank ACGRC, and completed an internship at the European Parliament. She has built partnerships and led strategic communication within organizations implementing Polish and EU development cooperation, as well as civil protection and resilience-building initiatives. She regularly takes part in OSCE/ODIHR election missions as an international observer.
As a researcher, she has carried out a number of projects based on original field research (including in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Uzbekistan), focusing on the analysis of political discourse, mechanisms of power legitimization, the construction of national identities, and state–citizen relations in the countries of the former USSR.
She is a graduate of three fields of study: ethnology and cultural anthropology, and Eastern studies at the University of Warsaw, as well as an international program in human rights and democratization in the Eastern Partnership countries, jointly run by Yerevan State University and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
At Casimir Pulaski Foundation she serves as Deputy Director of the Foreign Policy and European Integration Programme.
