Has served as Estonia's Minister of the Interior since 25 March 2025. A member of the Eesti 200 political party, brings extensive experience in public administration, journalism, and community leadership.
Prior to joining the government, served as Secretary General of Eesti 200, was a member of the XV Riigikogu (Estonian Parliament), and held several regional leadership positions in Põlva and Võru counties in southeastern Estonia.
Holds a master's degree in journalism from Moscow State University and is pursuing studies in strategic management at the University of Tartu. Has received several national honours, including the Order of the White Star, Fifth Class.
